Bad water is anything that only filters your water; remove harmful minerals and healthy minerals. Acidic water sucks the minerals from your body, sometimes the water may be pure but it is not healthy. Packaged Drinking water or bottled water is also not safe. It is acidic and harmful for our body if consumed for longer time.
All water you drink, be it Tap water, Bottled water or even so called filtered water claimed to be pure is acidic in nature, hence harmful & unhealthy. Most types of water, including tap water and bottled water, are oxidizing agents as their ORP value is positive.
Acidic water can be naturally occurring, or caused by a high level of dissolved oxygen. Acidic waters are typically low in buffering calcium minerals, but are high in dissolved carbon dioxide, which can cause the low pH or acidity. In general, water with a pH that is lower than 7 is considered acid water, with lower numbers being increasingly acidic. If your water has a low pH, meaning that you have high water acidity, you may see blue-green stains on your plumbing fixtures, faucets, and drains, as well as on bathtubs and sinks.
The two most important aspects to look at with soft drinks are the sugar and acid content. They are the initial acidity (pH) and the titratable acidity (TA). pH measures acid strength, and TA measures the amount of acid present.
Bottled drinking water of sparkling type which carbon dioxide gas is filled during bottling process had an approximate pH between 4.9 and 5.5.
pH level of RO water is generally below 7. This is because the process can take out solids but not gases. Dissolved carbon dioxide remains, and it forms a weak acid, H2CO3.
Tab water is called normal water. Municipal water suppliers normally do a good job of keeping their water at a normal pH of around 7, so there’s usually no need to do your own home testing. It is widely used as drinking water in households. But according to the Environmental Working Group, there have been 315 pollutants found in America's tap water since 2004, and over half of these pollutants are completely unregulated and can legally exist in any amount, it puts the quality of tap water in question and public is wonders if it is safe enough to drink. Those who decide to rely on tap water for all of their drinking and cooking needs are leaving themselves exposed to various chemicals and bacteria over the long haul.
